Qualifications
- 3+ years applying statistics and machine learning to real-world product problems.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experiment design / A/B testing.
- Experience deploying models or analytics pipelines in cloud environments.
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable data stories.
- Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership.
What You'll Do
- Build datasets, dashboards, and models that inform product and growth decisions.
- Partner with engineering to productionise analytics and ML workflows.
- Define success metrics and run experiments with clear readouts.
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with responsible AI practices and data governance.
