Qualifications

• 4+ years crafting user-centred experiences for web and mobile products in agency or product environments.
• Expertise in design systems, prototyping, and usability testing with Figma (or equivalent).
• Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, colour, and motion for modern interfaces.
• Ability to partner with product and engineering from discovery through delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX case studies with measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX discovery, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI for client and internal products.
• Maintain and extend our design system in step with brand and accessibility standards.
• Facilitate design critiques and present work to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful, performant implementation.
• Contribute to research, testing, and iteration based on user feedback.
